A little piece of home, made in the desert.

We grew up in Poland, where cultured milk was a quiet, everyday part of life. When we moved to Arizona, we couldn’t find anything that tasted like it.

So we started making it ourselves, in our Phoenix kitchen. Ania brought her biotechnology background to the fermentation, Janek his feel for balance and flavor. The desert did the rest: prickly pear, dates, desert honey, and a lot of heat.

Good to know

How do I drink it?

Best enjoyed cold, straight from the bottle or over ice. Give it a gentle shake first – we don’t use gums or stabilizers, so the cream naturally rises to the top. Also delicious in overnight oats.

Where do you deliver?

Across Phoenix metro on Saturdays. Order by Thursday 11:59 PM. We don’t ship outside Arizona yet. Order for Saturday

Is there sugar?

No refined sugar. Some flavors use Sonoran desert honey or organic agave, others only fruit and dates. See nutrition facts.
